Northview Cares

Thank you to all those who contributed to last months initiative! Each month, we’ll be supporting a different organization in Mission. This is a no obligation, low barrier opportunity for those that call Northview “home,” to help our community in a variety of ways.
 
JULY: DAY CAMPS
This month, we invite you to dedicate time each day to pray for the boys and girls who will be attending Northview's Day Camp here at the Mission Campus. We have the privilege of teaching the next generation to love the Lord and His Word. Let's pray that Day Camp will be a powerful experience for these kids, filled with fun and meaningful discovery. Pray also for the leaders and teachers, and for the safety of everyone involved.

Membership Class

Looking to become a member at Northview? Our Membership Class is designed to guide you through the history of our church and what it means to walk in committed community with one another, while deepening roots in Christ. To become a member of a church is to formally commit oneself to a local body of believers who have joined together for specific purposes.

Women's Precept Study

This fall, Women's Precepts will be studying Romans, a book that is filled with rich theological foundations of truth for our faith. Paul, the author of Romans, wrote this book so many centuries ago, but we will see that it is so relevant to our walk with Christ today!

Will will take a slow dive into the depths of the treasures of this letter, beginning with part 1 (Chapters 1-5) during the fall session. We will prayerfully ask for an understanding of righteousness, justification, sanctification and so much more.

This study is for women only and includes 2 different home work options. Our Romans Precepts study begins on September 11, 2024 and will be held on Wednesday mornings at Northview Mission from 9:30-11:00am. Learn more and register today by clicking the link below!

Men's & Women's Bible Study - Joshua

After 40 long years of wandering in the wilderness, the next generation of Israelites stands poised at the border of their promised land, directed to go in! Will this new generation, under the leadership of Joshua, follow God more wholeheartedly than their parents? The book of Joshua chronicles their journey into Canaan, where they encounter triumphs and challenges as they seek to fulfill God's promises.

Join us in our Fall and Winter study of Joshua to discover the powerful lessons within this Old Testament book. Together, we will revisit the moments of conquest and settlement and learn how this narrative points us to our ultimate inheritance in Christ.

Weekly Prayer Focus - Kilbride Church

This week, we are praying for Kilbride Community Church in St. John's, Newfoundland. Kilbride Community Church, a Northview church planting partner (with Mile One Mission) led by Matthew Lahey, began laying roots in the fall of 2019 and has been faithfully preaching the gospel in St. John's ever since.
