A Message from Pastor Jesse
|
Hey Mission Campus,
We have made it through the first chapter of 1 Corinthians in our sermon series, "Grow Up," and will be starting chapter 2 this weekend. I am looking forward to worshipping with you all through song, prayer and hearing the Word preached.
This weekend also marks one of our two serve weekends that we host each year. The purpose of these is to help all who call the Mission Campus their home, find a place to serve and help the church grow. If you are not currently serving, I would ask you to consider how the Lord has gifted you and how you might want to use that gift to serve the Lord and His people.
See you Sunday,
Jesse Schellenberg

"Did You Know?" with Darcy
|
Did you know that every weekend, we welcome new people to the church? While it's hard to track them all, each month we see 25 to 40 first-time givers! When someone chooses to give to the church, it’s a sign that they believe in our vision of making deeply rooted disciples. If you haven’t started giving regularly to the Lord through the church, why not consider starting today?
Now you know!

Do you have questions about Christianity? Or maybe you know someone who does? Questioning Christianity is a space for men and women with doubts, barriers, or questions about Christianity to explore these topics in an open and non-judgmental environment.
From October 16 to November 13, Columbia Bible College will be hosting Questioning Christianity. Whether you're a Christian or not, this is a great opportunity to ask your big or small questions about Jesus, the Bible, or the Church—anything you’re curious about. While we can’t guarantee all the answers, we promise to listen, discuss, and seek understanding together.
The sessions will address five major questions of faith, including topics like death, morality, and purpose. The group will be led by Andy Steiger (Director of Apologetics Canada) and Graham Nickel (Northview Elder).
Space is limited, so register today at the link below! If the event is full, email [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.
